- Train girls/parents at a troop meeting and attend a rally.
- Review all safety policies; refer to Volunteer Essentials, the packet of national guidelines created by Girl Scouts of the USA.
- Distribute and collect permission slips.

Oct. 5 - 21
|
- Order taking begins; do not collect money at this time.
- Deadline to enter troop orders and magazine subscriptions (both online confirmations and paper order forms). Detailed order reports must be submitted.
- Turn in your paper forms and address booklets to your Product Sale Coordinator.

Nov. 12 - 16
|
- Delivery of products to troops.

Nov. 16 - 25
|
- Girls deliver products and collect money.
- Booth sales begin.

Nov. 20
|
- Initial deposit due. Deposit any money that has been submitted to date.

- All final deposit copies submitted to the Product Sale Coordinator.
