- Train girls/parents at a troop meeting and attend a rally
- Review all safety policies; refer to Volunteer Essentials, the packet of national guidelines created by Girl Scouts of the USA.
- Distribute and collect permission slips.

| Sept. 30-Oct. 19 |
- Order taking begins; do not collect money at this time.
- Deadline to enter troop orders and magazine subscriptions (both online confirmations and paper order forms). Detailed order reports must be submitted.
- Turn in your paper forms and address booklets to your Product Sale Coordinator

| Nov. 7–11 |
- Delivery of products to troops

| Nov 11-21 |
- Girls deliver products and collect money
- Booth sales begin

| Nov. 22 |
- Initial deposit due. Deposit any money that has been submitted to date.

| Nov. 28 |
- All final deposit copies submitted to the Product Sale Coordinator
