2009 Fall Product Sale Program

The 2009 Fall Product Sale Program combines program activities with money earning opportunities. Girls learn about life skills, including entrepreneurship; team work, and how to set goals, all while contributing to the financial success of their troop/group and the council.

Service Unit Product Sale Coordinator

Aug. 11 Attend Product Sale Training
Sept. 15 Familiarize yourself with the Ashdon Farms online ordering system – Nut–e.
  • You may download a step-by-step manual at http://gsorders.ashdonfarms.com.
  • Your Service Unit is your login name. Your password is your first initial and your last name. You will be able to change your password once you logon.
  • Enter delivery station location.

Train troops at a Service Unit Meeting and distribute Product Sale materials.

Obtain a current troop listing from your Service Unit and update the information in the the system, including the troop contact person, their email address and registered girls.

Note: Be sure to delete any troops that are no longer registered.

Create and setup troop user names and passwords for the Nut-e ordering system.
  • The troop login name should be gsjs#####. Use the five digit troop number, beginning with five or six, depending on the troop’s legacy council, Ocean or Monmouth, respectively. Add zeroes between the first digit and the troop number if necessary.
  • The troop login password should be the five digit troop number as described above (not preceded by gsjs).
  • Troops may change this password after their initial login. You will also have access through your own login.
Sept. 15 – Oct. 18 Girls take orders for the 2009 Fall Product Sale Program
Oct. 21

The deadline for troops to enter and submit all magazine order forms, magazine online order confirmations and completed magazine address booklets.

Encourage troops that haven’t already scheduled a booth sale to schedule one as a method to reach troop goals. Forms are available on the council product sale website.

Oct. 23 The deadline for the Service Unit Product Sale Coordinator to enter any remaining troop orders and submit all forms to the council.
Nov. 9 – 12 Deliveries to Service Units
  • To print a T-2 for nuts and/or incentives, log-on to the Nut-e system.
  • Under Troop Reports, select “Troop Order (T2 & T2 Incentives)” to print the reports by troop.
Nov. 13-23

Council booth sales occur.

Continuing encouraging troops to conduct booth sales as a method to reach troop goals.

Dec. 1 Deadline for troops to submit all deposit copies to the Service Unit Product Sale Coordinator
